Emergency Sector: Relief and seasonal projects

  5. Water irrigation campaigns.

Health Sector: medical projects

  1. Providing hospitals in the West Bank, Gaza, and the association’s work areas around the world with many tools, equipment, and medicines
  2. Contributing to building health centers.
  3. Campaigns to perform eye surgeries on patients with cataracts.
  4. Eyeglasses and hearing aid campaigns.
  5. Campaigns to send volunteer medical delegations.

Protection Sector

  1. Comprehensive orphan sponsorship program.
  2. Comprehensive sponsorship program for persons with disabilities.
  3. Comprehensive sponsorship program for families and women.
  4. Psycho- Social support program for children, women, and persons with disabilities.

Educational Sector: Academic projects

(WASH) sector: water, sanitation, and energy

  1. Drilling small village wells
  2. Establishing wells and water tanks for small towns.
  3. Distribution of water tanks
  4. Rehabilitation and construction of sewage networks.

Food Security & Livelihood (FSL) Sector

Food Security and Livelihood (FSL) sector is dedicated to meeting the immediate and lifesaving needs of conflict-affected populations while also building their resilience as they recover from disasters. FSL aims to address the root causes of food insecurity and bring about sustainable poverty reduction and nutrition outcomes by improving community capacities and skills. The sector’s history dates to1990, with the distribution of food baskets in rural, and Refugee camps. Over time, the sector expanded its focus to include strategic crop cultivation, Livelihood, and services to support livestock, Qurban's FSL sector equips farmers and vulnerable individuals with the skills, technologies, and start-up capital necessary for them to sustainably grow food and/or start income-generating activities. The sector focuses on impactful interventions such as micro-grants and value chain projects in both agricultural and livestock sectors to achieve sustainable long-term outcomes.

Shelter sector

The Shelter Program aims to provide safe shelter for internally displaced persons by providing healthy living conditions with privacy and dignity to groups of people and families. This occurs in various forms such as camps, temporary or permanent housing. Other components of the program include the distribution of non-food items for daily living such as seasonal clothing, cooking equipment, shelter kits and heaters.

  1. Distribution of non-food items to people in emergency situations: rapid response, considering the accuracy of the needs assessment and the quality of the response
  2. Transitional shelter support: The shelter needs to stabilize the displaced.
  3. Providing stable shelter interventions: supporting return to place of origin when conditions are suitable for rehabilitation of damaged homes and buildings.
  4. Adequate emergency preparedness: developing an emergency response plan by ensuring access to elements and procedures designed for appropriate interventions.
